Casineo Terms & Conditions – Everything Explained in Plain English

1. General Terms v3.2

Casineo (referred to hereinafter as "we", "the platform", or "the site") is an internationally licensed online gaming and Sports Betting platform serving players in Bangladesh and other countries. These Terms & Conditions govern the legal relationship between Casineo and its members.

Reading this entire document is mandatory before creating an account on Casineo, playing any game, placing bets, claiming bonuses, or conducting any financial transactions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using Casineo.

2. Account & Registration

Each person may hold only one account on Casineo. If multiple accounts are found under the same name, address, mobile number, or device, all accounts may be cancelled and any funds forfeited.

What You Need to Register

• Full legal name (as it appears on your national ID)
• An active mobile number or email address
• Date of birth (for age verification)
• A strong password

Casineo reserves the right to close any account at any time if false or inaccurate information is provided during registration. Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. If your password is lost or compromised, contact support immediately.

3. Identity Verification (KYC)

Casineo complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) policies. KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.

What You Need for KYC

• Scan or photo of your National ID (NID) or passport
• A recent selfie (face must be clearly visible)
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement, issued within the last 3 months)

KYC verification is usually completed within 24 hours. Additional checks may take longer. Withdrawals of more than ৳5,000 are not permitted without completed KYC.

4. Deposits & Payments

There are no fees for deposits on Casineo's end. However, your bank or mobile banking service may apply their own charges. Your wallet balance is updated as soon as the deposit is confirmed. If a deposit doesn't appear within 24 hours, please contact support.

5. Withdrawals & Payouts

Withdrawing from Casineo is simple, but the following rules apply:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳2,00,000.
• Maximum weekly withdrawal: ৳10,00,000.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Casineo regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which are detailed on the bonus page. The general bonus rules are outlined below:

Wagering Requirement

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. To make a withdrawal, you must wager a specified multiple of the bonus amount. This requirement is known as the wagering requirement.

• Welcome bonuses typically carry a wagering requirement of 20x–30x.
• Cashback bonuses are generally subject to 5x–10x wagering requirements.
• Free spin bonus winnings are generally subject to 20x wagering requirements.
• Sports bonuses are generally subject to 5x–15x wagering requirements.

When calculating wagering, slots generally contribute 100%, Live Casino games contribute 10%–20%, and Sports Betting contributes 30%–70% depending on the market. Full details for each bonus are available on the bonus page.

Reasons for Bonus Cancellation

A bonus may be cancelled and any associated winnings forfeited for any of the following reasons:

• Claiming the same bonus across multiple accounts.
• Using bonus funds on games not specified in the bonus terms.
• Failing to meet the wagering requirement within the specified timeframe.
• If there is evidence of strategic or dishonest play intended to exploit bonus offers.

7. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to Casineo's Sports Betting and casino games:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where the cash-out feature applies).
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.
• Casineo is not responsible for lost bets resulting from connection issues during live betting.
• Casineo reserves the right to void any bets placed due to odds errors.
• Winnings may be withheld if match-fixing or suspicious betting activity is suspected.

8. Responsible Gaming

Casineo believes gaming should be a source of entertainment, not addiction. That's why we offer the following tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set limits on how much you deposit per day, week, or month.
• Loss Limit: Automatically stop playing after losing a set amount.
• Session Timer: Reminders showing how long you have been playing.
• Self-Exclusion: You can self-suspend your account for anywhere between 7 days and 5 years.

9. Account Closure or Suspension

Casineo may temporarily or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Threatening or harassing other users.

You will be notified of the reason before your account is closed, except in cases of serious violations where immediate closure may apply. You have the right to appeal a closure — please contact support.

10. Complaints & Dispute Resolution
